Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Pharma Sales with a focus on the Ophthalmology segment. The position involves leading pharmaceutical sales efforts, developing business plans, managing key accounts, overseeing sales teams, and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams and clients, along with effective communication, will be crucial to drive results and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Pharmaceutical Sales and Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategy Development
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams is preferred
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is advantageous
