Aphrodite 4wheels Pvt. Ltd. is a dealer of Renault Cars India Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2014 as a 3S dealer at Adityapur, opposite Indo Danish tool room. The company is engaged in the business of selling Renault Cars and its authorized spare parts. The service network involves both general and Bodyshop service.

About the Role

Short Description:

  • The job is working on site
  • The individual will be offered training during the probation period.

  • Monthly compensation package of INR (Based on experience)

What will your typical day look like?

  • Registration of App
  • Customer greeting while receiving the customer
  • Service calling
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Lets talk about you

  • Preferably a graduate degree in any domain
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in customer service profile
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork ability and mindset

Desirable Skills (But not necessary)

  • Superior listening ability
  • Superior verbal communication skill (Hindi/English)
  • Attend to details with a high degree of accuracy
  • Adaptable and able to respond in a positive and constructive manner
