Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounts entry.
  • Interact with customers — manage inquiries, provide product details, and ensure smooth service.
  • Oversee the store room/inventory, maintain stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Assist the management with dispatches, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and front desk area.
  • Be proactive in identifying operational issues and finding quick solutions.
  • Support in occasional field work ,market visits such as delivery coordination or product checks.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of billing software / Tally / MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a good attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time
