Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter with experience in non-IT and consulting hiring, especially in Sustainability, ESG, and EHS domains. The role involves end-to-end recruitmentsourcing, screening, and closing candidates across business, consulting, and sustainability-driven functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT and sustainability/ESG/EHS roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specialized consulting and sustainability hiring needs.
- Source niche talent via portals, networks, forums, and headhunting.
- Conduct screening and assessments, ensuring strong candidate experience.
- Drive interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closures.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and build pipelines for ESG/EHS and leadership roles.
- Support employer branding in consulting and sustainability sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in sustainability / ESG / EHS hiring (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of consulting and corporate function recruitment.
- Ability to hire niche and leadership talent in ESG/EHS domains.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Target-driven, agile, and adaptable.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree.
- 2-5 years in non-IT / consulting recruitment, with exposure to ESG/EHS hiring.
- Prior consulting/professional services experience preferred.
