Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Navi Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include providing executive administrative assistance, maintaining clerical records, organizing travel arrangements, and acting as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and handling administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
