Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Mumbai. The Executive Personal Assistant will handle daily tasks such as managing diaries, providing executive administrative support, maintaining communication, and performing clerical duties. The role requires a proactive approach in assisting executives with their personal and professional needs to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Clerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
