About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services/solutions sales, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with international (especially US/UK/Canada) markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets (US/UK/Canada preferred).
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements and deliverables.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software development, IT services, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international sales, especially US/Canada/UK markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing a sales team is a strong plus.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
