Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Act as custodian to critical finance documents of Business
- Assist in successful closure of statutory and internal audits and observations
- Ensure timely settlement of customer rebates and claims as per approved schemes
- Prepare and analyse MIS of various reports
- Maintain security deposit of retail customers covering aspects of creation and adjustment
- Ensure timely submission of credit insurance claims and its settlement by closely working with internal and external teams
- Ensure accounting of collection of retail business in system
- Ensure credit control effectiveness through robust credit control process (viz. credit assessments, credit checks, appointment etc.)
- Adhere to Company | Business | Function department policies and SOPs (as applicable)
- Closely work with sales team and track overdue customers with effective follow-ups
- Drive and implement innovative systems process automation
- Keep abreast with latest trends and development
Preferred candidate profile
- CMA with 7 to 8 years experience.
- Preferably from chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
