Job Summary:

Fotokraft Studio is a premium photography studio specializing in newborn, kids, maternity, and product shoots. We are looking for a responsible, well-spoken, and organized Studio Manager to handle daily studio operations, client coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be professional, proactive, and able to manage a busy studio environment smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Explain packages, offers, add-ons, and shoot processes clearly.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily shoots with photographers, editors, and assistants.
  • Ensure setups, props, lights, and costumes are ready before every shoot.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, hygiene, and overall environment.
  • Assist maternity, newborn, and kids clients with comfort and professionalism.
  • Check shoot photos for framing, sharpness, posing, and lighting quality.
  • Review edited images before sharing with clients.
  • Manage bookings, advances, balances, and daily payment records.
  • Track editing, print, and album delivery timelines.
  • Handle client objections and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Create and maintain follow-up lists, approval trackers, and delivery status.
  • Support marketing tasks such as BTS videos, reels, and influencer coordination.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly operations and sales reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Excellent client-handling and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of photography (poses, lighting, framing) preferred
  • Comfortable assisting with maternity gowns, newborn setups, and kids shoots
  • Computer-friendly: Google Drive, Calendar, WhatsApp Web, Excel
  • Prior experience in a photography studio or customer service role is a plus
  • Organized, responsible, punctual, and solution-oriented

Job Details:

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 09:00 PM (depending on shoot schedule)

Weekly Off: 1 weekday (No weekends off)

Training Provided: Yes (studio workflow, quality control, CRM, setups)
