Position: Client Relationship & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take regular updates from clients, follow up on inquiries, pending confirmations, payments, and shoot schedules.
  • Communicate with leads, explain packages, handle queries, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain daily and monthly expense sheets, update records in Excel, and assist with basic studio operations.
  • Handle the CRM system, update client details, manage pipelines, reminders, bookings, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle clients professionally
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn
