Role & Responsibilities

A Business Development Manager in debt financing and venture capital is primarily responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The core duties would include:


•⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Identifying potential clients, investors, and strategic partners in the debt financing and venture capital ecosystem. This involves networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events to build and maintain strong professional relationships.


•⁠ ⁠Pitching & Negotiation: Creating compelling proposals and presentations to pitch the company's services to prospective clients. This requires strong communication skills to generate and follow up the leads.
