Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement business strategies. The role also involves continuously monitoring industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to create Business Proposals and Strategic Plans
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with the medical content and pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
