Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through telecalling and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
● Call potential customers (society committee members, RWAs, and builders) from the given database.
● Pitch NoBrokerHood's product features and benefits.
● Generate interest and schedule appointments/demos for the field sales team.
● Maintain a daily call log and update CRM systems.
● Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion to the next stage.
● Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads.
Requirements:
● Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling/lead generation (preferably in real estate/SAAS/FMCG/tech).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluent in English & Hindi .
● Ability to persuade and handle objections.
● Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Prior experience in calling or telesales in B2B or B2C environment.
