Sales Manager
role located in
Bhubaneswar

Luxe Galleria
. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market research, analyzing sales data, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals, designers, and corporate clients
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to ensure exceptional performance. Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, client engagement, and sales techniques.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their design needs and offering tailored solutions. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Inventory & Merchandising
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal product display and stock availability. Analyze sales trends to recommend adjustments in inventory and product offerings.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Market Research and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Previous experience in luxury retail or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
