Flavours is an Authentic South India restaurant which is known for delivering an exceptional dining experience with diverse menu.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a highly motivated, passionate, hardworking and customer oriented individuals to join our team. And there will be extended role in maintaining our high standards of service, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

1) Operations :

  • Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • ⁠Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.

  • ⁠Monitor and maintain the restaurant's appearance and cleanliness.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

2) Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Supervise restaurant staffs, including chefs and servers.

  • ⁠Schedule staff shifts and week offs effectively.

  • ⁠Maintaining performance reviews and providing feedback is appreciated.

3) Customer Relationship :

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.

  • ⁠Self initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty is much appreciated.

4) Finance Management :

  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses and working capital.

5) Skills & Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • ⁠Problem solving attitude and ability to handle stressful situations.

6) Education :

  • Any degree with system knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
