**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring excellent service from entry to exit
- Take orders and assist in serving food and beverages as needed
- Coordinate between the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain service standards
- Assist in setting up tables, buffets, and special event arrangements
- Monitor and manage inventory of service-related items (menus, cutlery, linens, etc.)
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Captain, Head Waiter, or Senior Waiter in a restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training preferred)
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
