Job Title: Sales Analyst / Senior Sales Analyst – Outbound Sales

Employer: Progressive Cargo Inc. (Canadian-based NVOCC)

Industry: Freight Forwarding & 3PL Services

Location: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday)

Experience: 3–4 years in outbound sales or BPO/KPO environment (Logistics experience preferred but not mandatory)

Probation Period: 6 months (confirmation based on performance)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Perks & Benefits

Bonuses & Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, sales incentives, and recognition programs

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Analyst / Sr. Sales Analyst – Outbound Sales who will play a key role in expanding our global client base. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong communication, analytical, and sales skills who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target audiences across logistics, freight forwarding, and 3PL market segments.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies and outreach plans to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct research to identify prospects who may benefit from our shipping solutions.
  • Generate leads through active cold calling, emailing, and prospecting activities.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their potential and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Engage with hot and high-conversion leads through periodic follow-ups to strengthen relationships.
  • Achieve daily outbound call targets (60–70 calls per day) to the assigned prospect list.
  • Track and report key metrics such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, upselling/cross-selling performance, and outbound targets.
  • Prepare and analyze client reports and maintain accurate CRM data.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for sales and proactive client engagement.
  • Proven experience in outbound B2B/B2C cold calling, preferably from a BPO/KPO environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
