Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimations and quotations for tenders and contracts
  • Analyze BOQs, specifications, and drawings to determine material and labor costs
  • Coordinate with the purchase and engineering teams to gather input for cost projections
  • Prepare competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability
  • Review and verify vendor/supplier rates and negotiate better terms when required
  • Maintain and update costing sheets and tender documentation
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions and related reports for management
  • Track and maintain data of submitted tenders and results
  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and timeline

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Engineering/Cost Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in costing, preferably in Government tendering or contracting companies
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and tender portals, MIS, Analyze BOQs, specifications, and drawings
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
