As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our bidding processes and building strong relationships with procurement authorities and stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying potential bids, crafting effective bid strategies, preparing and reviewing bid documents, coordinating with various teams, handling queries from tendering authorities, and ensuring that all submissions are accurate and timely.

Primary responsibilities of Tender Executive include and are not restricted to the following:

Identify Prospective Bids:
Research and find suitable bidding opportunities.

2.     
Tender Requirements Analysis
: Understand tender requirements and create effective bid strategies.

3.     
Bid and Contract Analysis:
Review bids and contracts for technical details and pricing.

4.     
Documentation and Coordination:
Prepare bid documents and coordinate with various teams.

5.     
Bid Submission Monitoring:
Ensure bids are accurately completed and submitted on time.

6.     
Reporting and Analysis:
Create detailed reports on bid and contract costs.

7.     
Coordination with Authorities:
Communicate with tender authorities to clarify queries.

8.     
Strategic Presentation:
Research and prepare presentations that meet tender guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience: 2
-3 years in a tender-related role.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

3.     
Communication:
Strong oral and written communication skills.

4.     
Research Skills:
Proficient in research and using AI tools for content development.

5.     
Time Management:
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work with different teams.
