Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tender Executive to join our Bid Process team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the government sectors and participate in various government bids and tenders for selling IT Equipment to various government and quasi - government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant government tenders, preparing and submitting bid documents, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.

GEM Portal Expertise: Be well-versed in the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, including registration, bid preparation, and submission, to effectively participate in government tenders.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing, and compliance statements.

Market Research: Continuously monitor government tender opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and identify potential projects for bidding.

Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and legal, to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to government procurement rules and regulations during the tendering process.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government departments and ministries to enhance the company's reputation and opportunities for tendering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Strong interest in the technology field and the ability to understand technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal for tendering processes is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
• Prior experience in tender management or government procurement (preferred but not mandatory)
