Position: Tender Executive / Tender Manager

Location: East Delhi (Shahdara)

Experience: Minimum 5 years (Highway, Industrial or related infrastructure projects)

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive / Tender Manager with a strong background in highways, industrial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process — from identifying opportunities to submission and coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities through online portals and other sources.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare cost estimates and bidding documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical, procurement, and finance teams for data collection and pricing inputs.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents as per client requirements.
  • Manage pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and correspondence with clients or consultants.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to support bid strategy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all tenders submitted.
  • Handle post-tender follow-ups, negotiations, and contract finalization (for Manager role).
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, technical, and commercial requirements of the tender.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of government e-tendering portals and documentation procedures.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction (especially highways and industrial projects).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender submission platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
