Job Description:

We are looking for a Tender Executive with experience in handling government and private tenders within the manufacturing or utensils industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process — from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, evaluate, and participate in relevant government and private tenders.
  • Prepare tender documentation, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial details.
  • Manage online portals like GeM, eProcurement, and other tender websites.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation.
  • Handle tender-related queries, clarifications, and post-tender follow-ups.
  • Maintain tender records, reports, and MIS data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tender management.
  • Strong knowledge of government e-tendering portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
