Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Span Communication

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail–oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage government and private tender processes, documentation, submission, and follow-ups to ensure timely compliance and successful participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant tenders through portals and notifications.
  • Prepare, compile, and verify tender documentation.
  • Maintain and update vendor registrations on government portals (GeM, e-Procurement, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals.
  • Track submission deadlines, corrections, clarifications, and results.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferred: commerce, business admin, or similar).
  • 1–3 years experience in tender management (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of government e-tender portals.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹21,000.00 per month
