Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse costing for all railway tenders.
  • Review BOQ, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Support management during tender submissions with detailed cost sheets and justifications.
  • Maintain contractor payment records, track work completion, and verify bills against BOQ/agreements.
  • Coordinate with site teams to validate measurement books and ensure timely processing of contractor payments.
  • Follow up with contractors/vendors regarding pending payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor project expenses and highlight variances from approved budgets.
  • Prepare cost reports and MIS for management review.
  • Assist in financial planning and cash flow management for railway projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams (site, accounts, purchase) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, railway guidelines, and statutory requirements.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by management related to costing, contracts, or accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
