Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and cost inbound tour itineraries (FITs, Groups, MICE, Special Interest Tours).
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed cost sheets.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide destination expertise, and ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, guides, and other suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Negotiate rates and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end booking process including confirmations, vouchers, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Handle last-minute changes, client grievances, and ensure service recovery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive Inbound Tour Operations. The role involves designing customized itineraries, managing inbound travel requirements, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Thorough knowledge of destinations in India.
  • Good PR with hotels/suppliers.
  • Good knowledge of destinations, suppliers & hotels.
  • Should have extensive network and contacts in the travel industry that will help us expand further.
  • Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to inbound tours.
  • Also computer literacy and fluency in English essential.
