About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Executive – Pump Execution / Dispatch
will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order execution, from production readiness to timely dispatch of pumps. The role ensures smooth coordination between production, quality, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve on-time delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and execute dispatch schedules for pumps in line with customer orders and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for inspection clearance and readiness of finished goods.
  • Prepare dispatch documents including delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and E-way bills.
  • Liaise with logistics vendors and transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain daily dispatch reports and update the management on order execution status.
  • Ensure adherence to dispatch SOPs, packaging standards, and customer specifications.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for dispatch planning and order prioritization.
  • Handle documentation related to excise, GST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure proper material handling, safety, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in dispatch and execution processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
    Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.

  • Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in pump/machinery manufacturing or engineering industry, specifically in order execution and dispatch.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Understanding of GST, E-way bills, and shipping documentation
  • Familiar with pump product categories and their packing/handling requirements
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Ability to work under tight delivery schedules
