Roles & Responsibility:

  • Provisioning in Archive System, Mail store Setup & Migration.

  • MDM Provisioning.

  • VPN Tunnels Provisioning & Troubleshooting.

  • Lead for Setting up G-suit OAuth based migration for Customers.

  • Lead for Setting up Hybrid in G-suit, O365 & MS Exchange Configuration.

  • Leading Kick off Calls on Tech Part.

  • Assist in Preparing Project Plan, MOM.

  • Assignment of Tasks to Team members.

  • Supervising & Handling Project Calls, Emails, Initiate Concalls with Customers.

  • Handling Critical Calls & Escalations.

  • Assist/Train team for implementing tasks or resolving issues.

  • Lead Support Handover Calls.

  • Preparing Reports as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & abilities:-

  1. Excellent Communication.

  2. Team Handling experience is must.

  3. Administration of Windows.

  4. Administration of Linux (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu).

5. 7+ years of experience in the same domain.

  1. Email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP).

  2. MSQL Server, MySQL Server (Installation, configuration, troubleshooting).

  3. Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.

  4. Experience with the administration of mail servers - MS Exchange/Lotus Domino/Postmaster/ Zimbra/Mdaemon.

  5. Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV).

  6. Knowledge in SSL Certificates.

  7. Knowledge of helpdesk/ticketing system (Kayako/Zendesk).

  8. Technical understanding (Systems, Database, Networks).

  9. Very Good communications skills - English, written & spoken.

  10. High customer orientation, communication strength, team ability.

  11. Self-initiative / motivation / willingness to learn.

  12. Ready to work in rotational shift.
