Role & responsibilities
- Develop brand & campaign strategies across all platforms
- Collaborating with 3rd party & creating more avenues for brand awareness
- Create and manage campaigns focused on KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and target audiences
- Budget Management- Allocate and manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Track spending and forecast results while staying within budget
- Collaborate with product, sales, or other marketing teams to align campaigns with business priorities
- Analyse campaign performance and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns for better business impact.
Requirements/ Skills:
- 12 years or above of experience in performance marketing
- Platform expertise- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Technical skills- Well versed with Excel, or looker studio for reporting and visualization
- Analytical Skills- Strong ability to analyse data, spot trends, and derive actionable insights.
