Technical Specialist

The role of Technical Specialist is a developing engineering position, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clients' IT infrastructure and systems.

This involves proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to restore service to clients.

The primary objective of this role is to review client requests or tickets and apply technical knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreements (SLAs).

As a Technical Specialist, you will focus on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity, covering multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using asset management tools and software to track, manage, and optimize asset inventory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze asset-related data and trends.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align asset management strategies with overall business goals.
