Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (Software Sales)- JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience Level: 3+ Years.

Work Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Inside sales and business development within the technology sector, particularly in Software Sales or Customized Application Development or ERP solutions or SaaS Sales or Staffing Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have a background in software sales, with industry experience in selling IT products, services, staffing solutions, or related offerings.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the areas of Software Sales or Customized Application Development or ERP solutions or SaaS Sales or Staffing services.
  • Expertise in software product and services sales over phone, email, and social media to the corporate companies.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Expertise in the B2B sales process.
  • Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, Logistics Heads, Supply chain Heads, IT Heads, Business Heads, Controllers at early stage and growth business.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East market/ US/ UK markets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or SaaS/ ERP Sales or Staffing services or a related role within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Customized Application Development, ERP solutions, SaaS services.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skill.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
