HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all aspects of the Human Resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and the HR team.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Manage payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), and HR documentation.
Handle performance management, goal setting, and appraisal processes.
Foster employee engagement and maintain a healthy work environment.
Address employee grievances and ensure timely conflict resolution.
Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, culture, and people strategy.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
5–10 years of experience in HR management (manufacturing, corporate, or service sector preferred).
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
