We are looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands lead generation deeply, and brings a blend of creativity and analytical rigor to drive growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Marketing: Drive lead generation and nurturing across paid and organic channels; continuously test and optimize campaigns.

Content & Branding: Oversee creation and review of content (digital, print, video) to ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging. Build internal and customer-facing brand assets.

Campaign Strategy: Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with clear objectives across different channels and segments.

Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, working cross-functionally with performance, content, product and design teams.

Creative Direction: Develop creative briefs, guide design and content direction, and ensure high-quality output for advertising and public-facing communications.

Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns; use insights to optimize performance and ROI.

Stakeholder Communication: Present ideas, progress, and deliverables to internal teams and senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 46 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech startup environments and/or B2B Healthcare.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with a creative edge.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and online marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • High attention to detail and a hunger to grow with the company.
