This role involves consultative sales, pipeline management, and learner success advisory—focused on helping career changers and professionals make impactful learning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to career-changers and professionals, guiding them on how their globally recognized certification products can unlock high-growth career opportunities. Build, nurture, and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive phone and email follow-ups. Deliver high-quality, customized program information to prospective learners, ensuring clarity, confidence, and conversion.

Drive urgency in enrolments through a consultative approach—never pushy, always learner-first. Maintain disciplined adherence to inside sales processes, CRM tools, and lead management protocols. Share learner feedback, behavioral insights, and conversion trends with leadership to improve overall sales effectiveness and learner experience.

What they are Looking For:2 years of experience in inside or consultative selling, ideally in international EdTech markets - GCC, USA, Canada, UK, and India. Good academic backgroundProven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Excellent communication (verbal and written), active listening, and critical thinking abilities. Strong phone presence and resilience—making 120 dials/emails daily to connect with warm leads. Proficiency in using modern CRMs and sales engagement tools.
