We are a SEBI-registered equity research & model portfolio platform that helps retail investors build data-driven, growth-oriented investment portfolios. We combine financial market expertise with digital marketing strategies to reach and convert the right audience.
We're looking for an expert in LinkedIn marketing & automation who can create engaging content, generate high-quality B2C leads, run email nurture campaigns, and design conversion-focused funnels.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Marketing & Content Strategy
- Manage and grow LinkedIn company page & founder profiles
- Create high-engagement LinkedIn content (carousels, polls, videos, infographics, market insights)
- Optimize profiles using LinkedIn SEO keywords, hashtags, and trending topics
- Plan and schedule posts via LinkedIn native scheduler or tools like Buffer, Hootsuite
- Execute LinkedIn Ads (lead generation, traffic, and retargeting campaigns)
- Monitor LinkedIn Analytics & Insights to track reach, impressions, CTR, and lead conversions
Lead Generation & Automation
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with targeted B2C audiences
- Automate outreach using PhantomBuster, Expandi, Zopto, LinkedHelper
- Personalize connection requests and follow-up messages for higher acceptance rates
- Integrate LinkedIn leads with CRM & email automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign)
- Build conversion-optimized landing pages and CTAs for funnel integration
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Plan and execute email drip campaigns to nurture LinkedIn leads
- Segment email lists based on lead stage and user behavior
- Design conversion-driven email templates with compelling subject lines & CTAs
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversions; run A/B testing for optimization
- Align email sequences with content marketing & LinkedIn campaigns
Required Skills & Tools
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator – Prospecting & targeting
- Automation tools – PhantomBuster, Expandi, LinkedHelper, Zopto
- Email platforms – ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot
- Design tools – Canva, Figma
- Analytics – LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, UTM tracking
- Workflow automation – Zapier, Make (Integromat)
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in LinkedIn B2C marketing, lead generation & email campaigns
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm & engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads & automation workflows
- Excellent copywriting skills for LinkedIn posts, messages & email campaigns
- Data-driven approach to campaign tracking & optimization
