Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for managing 
paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
, 
organic SEO growth
, and 
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
. The role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing Campaigns (PPC/SEM)

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on 
    Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
    .
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid management.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and provide detailed reporting.
  • A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Organic Promotion (SEO & Content)

  • Develop and implement 
    SEO strategies
     (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
  • Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Work with content writers/teams to create engaging blogs, case studies, and articles for lead generation.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

  • Create and manage engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Increase followers, engagement, and visibility organically.
  • Plan and run 
    social media campaigns
     aligned with company goals.
  • Track analytics and optimize for better reach and interaction.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like 
    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
     to track performance.
  • Provide 
    weekly/monthly reports
     with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 
    3–5 years of experience
     in digital marketing, with strong exposure to 
    PPC, SEO, and SMO
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and Google Analytics
    .
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies in 
    B2B/B2C environments
    .
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the 
    ISO certification/training/consultancy industry
     (added advantage).
  • Knowledge of 
    email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot)
    .
  • Ability to design creatives or coordinate with designers (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge is a plus).
