Full-Time Ad Specialist – Healthcare Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

Location:

Gurugram (Work from Office)

We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency, specializing in lead generation and growth strategies for healthcare brands. Our work spans across clinics, aesthetic centers, wellness brands, and healthcare practitioners. We're looking for a skilled Ad Specialist who understands the nuances of the healthcare industry and can drive ROI through well-strategized Meta and Google ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for healthcare clients
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to define positioning and messaging
  • Prepare and present ad strategies, media plans, and budget allocations
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy
  • Maintain client reports, dashboards, and regular performance reviews
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and policy changes—especially in healthcare advertising norms

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in running and managing paid ads on Meta & Google
  • Experience in Healthcare Marketing is a must (Aesthetic Clinics, Dental, Wellness, Physiotherapy, Skin & Hair Clinics, etc.)
  • Knows how to run ads for in-house projects.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of landing page best practices, lead generation, and retargeting strategies
  • Familiarity with ad policies, especially those relevant to medical/healthcare advertising
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Google Ads Certification & Meta Blueprint (optional but preferred)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
