Key Responsibilities


• Content Strategy & Creation: Plan and create high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, playbooks, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.


•PR Operations: Collaborate with PR agency to draft bylined articles, press releases, and contributed stories for ETHR, People Matters, SHRM, etc.


•SEO & Inbound Marketing: Own SEO keyword research, build topic clusters, and ensure content ranks for HR Tech terms (e.g., AI in HR, skills intelligence, internal mobility).


•Case Studies & Proof Assets: Work with Sales and Customer Success to document client stories and publish quarterly success narratives.


•Content Repurposing: Repurpose long-form assets into LinkedIn posts, email nurtures, infographics, and short explainer videos (working with designers).


•Webinars & Campaigns: Support demand generation with webinar scripts, campaign landing page copy, and follow-up email sequences.


•Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance (traffic, engagement, downloads) and optimize based on insights.

Qualifications


•Min 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing (HR Tech preferred).


•Experience in managing PR Agencies and PR Ops


•Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex tech.


•Strong grasp of SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer).Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
