Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote). The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with creators, analyzing campaign performance, and driving viral ideas across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing regular communication with multiple creators via email, as it serves as the primary channel for coordination and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Scouting, Outreach & Negotiation
Identify and shortlist influencers who align with client (brand) values using tools like Instagram and TikTok Creator Marketplace, and then reach out to influencers via TikTok chat, DMs, email, etc. Support discussions on deliverables, timelines, and compensation while learning to calculate CPM and structure fair deals
Coordination & Communication
Manage product shipments with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery for content creation.
Maintain smooth communication with influencers through WhatsApp and email, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Content Management
Share content briefs and brand guidelines with influencers and review drafts for consistency and quality. Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize content for engagement and virality.
Ensure approved content is posted on schedule across relevant platforms.
Finance, Analytics & Reporting
Coordinate with the finance team to process influencer payouts accurately and on time.
Maintain and update campaign data in the metric sheet for performance evaluation and insights
Qualifications
- Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Campaign Execution
 - Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building
 - Ability to match the pace of a fast-growing company
 - Knowledge of social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
 - Creative thinking and adaptability to learn quickly
 - High proficiency in the English language (reading and writing)
 - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
 - Experience in a marketing agency or related industry is a plus
