Role & responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship and partnership deals for the Inspire India Now Podcast.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers, sponsors, and brand collaborators.
- Drive revenue growth targets through direct sales and agency partnerships.
- Creative Solutions & Partnerships
- Conceptualize and pitch integrated brand campaigns, content collaborations, and creative monetisation ideas.
- Work closely with the production and content team to align sales strategies with podcast themes and audience engagement.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporates, startups, government bodies, and media agencies.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their brand objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on podcast monetisation trends, influencer marketing, and digital media innovations.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on pricing, positioning, and new monetisation models.
