Business Development Executive

About the Role:
Join B Creative Solutions, a fast-growing IT and Digital Solutions company based in Ahmedabad. We develop innovative tech products and digital platforms that help businesses streamline operations and improve communication.
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our tech products and build strong client relationships across industries.
Why do we need you:
You will play a key role in introducing our tech products to the right tops brand and businesses that can be benefit from our digital solutions.
What you will do:
Generate leads through local networking, referrals, and on-ground marketing for our tech and digital product.
Conduct meetings, deliver product demos, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets.
Share regular sales reports and market insights with management.
Collaborate with presales, solution, and delivery teams for smooth handoffs while sharing client feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
What we are looking for:
Must be self-driven, sincere, and target-oriented.
2–3 years of proven experience in tech sales, software sales, or SaaS business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Must.
Strong local business network in Mumbai is an advantage.
Must be ready for on-field client meetings and travel.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
