We're now looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us scale our sales motion and accelerate our growth in both the US and Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound and inbound business development efforts for ConversAI Labs' AI solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and track interactions in CRM tools.
  • Contribute ideas to refine the sales process and help scale our go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development / inside sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-based products.
  • Proven success in cold calling and prospecting for the US and India markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — confident, articulate, and persuasive.
  • A self-starter mindset with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms is a plus.
