Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive (Leadgen). The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving set targets to drive company growth.
Qualifications
Should have 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.
Should be Proficient in English and Hindi.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and ensure they meet the set criteria.
Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.
Schedule meetings and video conferencing calls between clients and the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
