Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience Required: 12+ Yrs
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end facilities management, including space planning, office setup, seating allocation, and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with property managers, landlords, and external facility partners.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (labour laws, building codes, fire safety, EHS).
- Drive security services, housekeeping, cafeteria, transport, and other employee support functions.
- Build and manage vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery.
- Lead business continuity and crisis management planning for facilities.
- Implement cost control, budgeting, and optimization measures.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative support for leadership teams and employees.
- Partner with HR and IT to deliver a seamless workplace experience during growth and expansion.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12 +years of experience in Administration & Facilities, preferably with GCC/IT/ITES setups.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale office facilities (500+ employees).
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting experience.
- Knowledge of compliance, statutory requirements, and workplace safety norms in India.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
