Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business performance, creating proposals, and engaging with prospective clients. The role also involves collaborating closely with the legal team to ensure the alignment of client needs with the firm's services.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Target oriented job experience is must
- Strong market research, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the legal team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
