Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Planning: Plan and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments,ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Carrier Management: Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to secure optimal rates and service levels.
- Documentation: Prepare, process, and accurately maintain all logistics documentation, including purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping manifests.
- Shipment Tracking: Track and monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any delays, exceptions, or transportation issues.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory control, stock management, and warehouse communication to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Reporting: Maintain comprehensive logistics records and generate detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., costs, delivery times, and productivity) for management review.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (sales, warehousing, customer service) and external partners regarding delivery and logistics matters.
Requirements:
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing) to facilitate clear and effective communication with regional partners.
- Experience: 1years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Administrator, or similar role.
- Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with logistics software or ERP systems.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
