Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Company Secretary located in Hyderabad, working from one of the world’s largest startup accelerators T-Hub. The Company Secretary will ensure regulatory and legal compliance, oversee company governance, maintain accurate records, and provide support for board meetings. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing corporate documents, managing stakeholder relations, and ensuring adherence to statutory and company policies. The role requires providing expert advice on secretarial and compliance matters while coordinating with regulatory authorities as needed. Qualifications - Expertise in Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Compliance Management - Strong skills in Legal Research, Documentation, and Drafting - Proficient in Stakeholder Management and Communication - Experience with Board Meeting Coordination and Report Preparation - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters - Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is required - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software is advantageous
