Role & responsibilities

Define and lead the overall product strategy for the digital lending portfolio across consumer,

SME, and partnership-led lending channels.

Own the full product life cyclefrom idealization, research, design, development, testing to postlaunch

optimizationfocused on digital lending solutions.

Build and scale a future-ready lending architecture with embedded credit and risk integration,

real-time decisioning, and advanced data analytic.

Lead the API strategy to facilitate seamless integration with external partners including fintechs,

NBFCs, credit bureaus, aggregators, and technology providers.

Develop and grow a thriving partner ecosystem, ensuring agility, scalability, and compliance in

all integration and go-to-market models.

Ensure all digital lending products adhere to regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security

standards as prescribed by RBI and other relevant bodies

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as credit, risk, legal, compliance, engineering, UX,

and analytic to drive product delivery excellence.

Drive a product culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on

emerging digital lending trends and market shifts

Manage a team of product managers and drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and

strong leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4–5 years in digital lending

leadership roles.

Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital lending products in a bank,

NBFC, or fintech environment.

Deep understanding of credit policies, risk frameworks, and integration into digital lending

workflows

Strong experience working with API ecosystems, technology platforms, and third-party

integration

Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, including RBI norms,

lending guidelines, and digital KYC.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
