Our client is building a first-of-its-kind digital platform for a luxury brand that blends craftsmanship, storytelling, and technology. As
Head of Product
, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our proprietary app — creating an immersive digital experience that deepens brand affinity, drives engagement, and redefines how consumers interact with luxury online.

You'll work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership to bring a world-class product to life — one that balances seamless user experience with the brand's unique aesthetic and tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the
    product vision, roadmap, and KPIs
    for the brand's app and digital ecosystem.
  • Partner with leadership to translate brand values into digital experiences — ensuring luxury is reflected in every interaction.
  • Lead
    user research, competitor benchmarking, and customer journey mapping
    to identify opportunities and refine features.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and marketing teams to design and launch high-performing product features.
  • Drive
    data-informed decision-making
    , while maintaining the emotional and aspirational aspects of a luxury brand.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team, instilling a balance of creativity and execution excellence.
  • Ensure robust integration across e-commerce, loyalty, content, and CRM systems.
  • Champion innovation — exploring AI, personalization, and immersive tech (AR/VR) to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in
    Product Management
    , with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and scaling
    consumer-facing apps
    (preferably luxury, lifestyle, or D2C).
  • Deep understanding of
    user experience, mobile design principles
    , and luxury consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in product metrics, A/B testing, and growth experiments.
  • Passion for aesthetics, craftsmanship, and the storytelling aspect of luxury brands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
