Role Description

As the Head of Learning and Organisation Development, based in Mumbai, you will lead initiatives to design, implement, and evaluate programs that drive employee learning, organizational development, and talent management. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing leadership and capability-building strategies, curating training programs, fostering talent development, and supporting cultural alignment within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Training & Development and hands-on experience in creating and executing targeted training initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development to design impactful learning programs.
  • Experience in Leadership Development to build future-ready leaders.
  • Proven skills in Talent Management, including succession planning and identifying growth opportunities for employees.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align learning programs with business objectives.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in Learning & Development or related areas.
