Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Child Development Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong professional relationships, increasing outreach, and promoting our pediatric therapy and developmental services to doctors, schools, hospitals, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote awareness of CDC services (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, etc.)
- Establish and maintain partnerships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, hospitals, and relevant institutions
- Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, medical camps, seminars, and parent workshops
- Generate and follow up on leads and referrals to increase client acquisition
- Identify new market opportunities to support service expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client experience
- Track marketing activities and report performance metrics to management
- Support online and offline promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field in Psychology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability in field marketing, client relationship building, or sales
- Familiarity with pediatric therapy, child development, or healthcare (preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
